How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Orders that come in before 8:30 a.m. are usually sent out the same day from our warehouse on all working days (Mon-Sat).
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed and sent out the next business day.
- Once a package leaves our warehouse, it usually arrives between 5 and 7 business days later, depending on where you live.
- If your shipping address is in a remote area that is hard for regular courier companies to reach, it may take a little longer for your order to arrive.
- If something unexpected happens, like a strike, a natural disaster, an act of God, or a riot between galaxies, the delivery time may be pushed back a few days.
What if my order includes a product that is “printed on demand” (POD)?
Face masks, phone cases, coffee mugs, DTG T-shirts, coasters, posters, and fridge magnets are all Print-on-demand products that are made just for you after you place an order. Most of the time, it takes between 3 and 6 working days for these products to be made and shipped out of our warehouse. If your order has both POD and in-stock items, everything will be shipped at the same time when your POD items are ready.

How do I know where my order is?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will get an email with a link to track it with the courier. On your Order History page, you can also find the tracking information.
If you can’t find the email from us, check your spam folder.
