Please note the following conditions for returns and refunds:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If the item was received damaged or is defective, please contact us at orders@sikeee.com as soon as possible to request a replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions, or to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
